Participants are requested to register personal information online first and pay the registration fee based on the registration type to finish the registration process. Participants who have completed pre-registration do not need to register again, but only need to pay to complete the payment. Participants can pay by bank transfer, Alipay or WeChat transfer, but postal transfer is not accepted. Participants who are student registrations are requested to provide their student ID card or other documents proving their student identity when reporting for the conference.

Please choose the appropriate registration type according to your own situation. Members of the "Chinese Society of Image and Graphics", students, early registrants (payment completed before June 30), and student volunteers will have discounts. At least one author of each accepted paper has to register as a non-student. For non-members "Chinese Society of Image and Graphics", it is recommended to apply to be a member first to get the discount on the registration fee. When applying for membership, please choose the Technical Committee on Visualization and Visual Analysis and choose "recommended by the committee members". Students who are interested in applying for volunteers (volunteers must be CSIG student members) can go to the volunteer recruitment page (https://chinavis.org/2024/volunteer.html) to view the application process and milestones after completing the conference registration and successfully receiving the registration number sent by the organizing committee via email. Selected students will pay the registration fee according to the volunteer discount, and unselected students will pay the registration fee according to the conference registration type. Students who apply for volunteers should wait until the selection results are announced before paying.

Refund Policy: If the refund is requested more than 30 days before the conference, no service fee will be charged. If the refund is requested 15 to 30 days before the conference, a 30% service fee will be deducted. If the refund is requested 7 to 15 days before the conference, a 50% service fee will be deducted. No refund will be given if the refund is requested within 7 days of the conference or in case of no-show.
